Our New York based client is opening its hiring process and growing the company. As a result, they are looking for a Customer Service Representative who has a great personality and are able to deliver a high level of customer service. 

A background in customer service and or sales is preferred. However, we hire on attitude, passion and personality, so previous customer service or sales experience is not paramount! This is a very customer-centric role, so you’ll need to be confident and comfortable interacting with customers in person. We are looking for individuals that will go above and beyond to deliver and who are determined to be the best.

Customer Services Sales Representative Role

As a Customer Services & Sales Representative, you will be the face and voice of our clients. You will be responsible for engaging customers and promoting clients’ products and services. You will effectively be a brand ambassador, learning and maintaining strong product knowledge to deliver presentations and represent clients in a confident, charismatic and professional manner.
